Fofo, fofucho and fofinho are the same mean....but fofucho is one word that the woman use to say "sweetheart"!!!

Fofucho comes from Fofo which literaly means chubby or softy. When I hear fofo, I first think of a teddy bear, which is normaly described by women as Fofo. But it can also be taken as sweetheart, honey or something like that. As most of such words, it can be used ironically, when you actually mean idiot or asswhole.
